and an other at the outside from bottom to the top of the hood.

The parka should have in the side two double zippers from bottom through the armpits to the under 
side of the of of the sleeves. At the end of sleeve (upper side a two new couple of zippers would 
start end end one couple at the top of the hood, front side and the other at the end of the hood, 
behind the zipper should be drawstring, every bubble of the coat one. The sleeves should be 
attachable by zippers to the pockets.
